Things to remember

Come wearing comfortable clothing, something you can bend and stretch in. Yoga mats are available, however please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Stay hydrated and bring a bottle of water with you. Please arrive on time, any issues with directions or delay please contact me.

A lovely, well paced stretchy workout. Rachel is great at giving her time and attention to the whole class. Lovely calming lights, relaxing soft mats, cushions, blocks, blankets and straps included for a really enjoyable, calming experience. Thank you!

This was our first session with Rachel and it was excellent. We look forward to going more regularly. It was initially gentle, building up to loosening up the whole body. There were options from beginner to more advanced, deeper stretching, along with breathwork. In just this one session it really helped my lower back and hip mobility. Rachel even stayed on with us to coach some extra things to take away and practice, such as great post-climbing specific stretching exercises. A nice mindful thing to do after work.
