Things to remember

Come wearing comfortable clothing, something you can bend and stretch in. Yoga mats are available, however please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Stay hydrated and bring a bottle of water with you. Please arrive on time, any issues with directions or delay please contact me.

Rachel's class is cosy, immersive, and clearly thought of with so much care. The postures were equally easy to understand and the right amount of challenging; always with the opportunity to go deeper or take it easy. Rachel obviously loves sharing her love for yoga and I will definitely be coming back. A wonderful way to start my Saturday.

A lovely, well paced stretchy workout. Rachel is great at giving her time and attention to the whole class. Lovely calming lights, relaxing soft mats, cushions, blocks, blankets and straps included for a really enjoyable, calming experience. Thank you!
