Vinyasa Krama Yoga emphasizes a methodical progression of postures synchronized with steady, slow breathing that connects mind and body. The practice prioritizes functional benefits over classical form, allowing adaptations of poses to suit individual needs.

Things to remember

Come wearing comfortable clothing, something you can bend and stretch in. Yoga mats are available, however please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Stay hydrated and bring a bottle of water with you. Please arrive on time, any issues with directions or delay please contact me.

I absolutely loved Rachel’s yoga class. She has a passion for teaching yoga which clearly comes across during class. I left feeling relaxed and calm. Would recommend to anyone who has done yoga before or who is looking to try it for the first time.

The class really feels peaceful and focused, a lush way to look inward, connect with the body and breath and explore movement. I really enjoyed how creative the flows are and the variations of poses, it was a real joy attending her class and I left feeling pure bliss. Thank you Rachel!
