A slow, progressive yoga practice designed to help you move with awareness and ease.
Each week follows a repeated sequence, giving you the chance to become familiar with the movements and gradually shift your focus inward.
This course encourages you to notice patterns in how you move, think and respond, helping you develop a greater sense of awareness.
Optional journaling at the end of class allows you to explore your experiences more deeply.

Come wearing comfortable clothing, something you can bend and stretch in. Yoga mats are available, however please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Stay hydrated and bring a bottle of water with you. Please arrive on time, any issues with directions or delay please contact me.
